We sit at 7,200 feet between two country clubs, right on the edge of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest. Every apartment has its own kitchen and enough space that you're not tripping over each other. Take it fully furnished or unfurnished and bring your own.
Pinetop is a four-season mountain town. Ski in the winter, hike and fish all summer, and watch the aspens turn in the fall. Three and a half hours from Phoenix, which is close enough for family visits but far enough that the air actually smells different.

Every lease comes with the indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room, and courts at no extra cost. Utilities and internet are billed separately. The trails start out back, and Sunrise Ski Area is under an hour away.

Three and a half hours from Phoenix, the temperature drops more than 20 degrees and the pines take over. Pinetop is a real mountain town with restaurants, shops, and golf courses. Grocery stores and a hospital are minutes away.
